I’m Emma. I spent years in fast-paced creative and high-growth roles, always able to do the work and usually getting hired quickly, but never managing to stay in one place for long. The constant cycle of burning out, changing jobs, and moving house made everything in my life feel unstable. When I was diagnosed with ADHD, it gave me some helpful language, but it didn’t magically fix anything. What shifted things was realising that the environments I’d been working in weren’t built for a wide range of minds or working styles. And the impact of that wasn’t just professional. It shaped everything around it and everyone within it.
Now I work as a neuro-informed consultant and CPD accredited ADHD coach. I help growing businesses build the practical foundations that make inclusion work in everyday reality. I focus on the space between intention and experience, where despite policies and reasonable adjustments, employees still become disengaged, burnt out and move on. When those foundations are in place, people don’t need their managers to be experts in conditions or challenges they manage to feel supported and for workplaces to see stable and sustainable growth, higher retention and staff satisfaction. I also work with individuals who want clarity, confidence, and systems that suit who they are. My approach is warm, grounded and backed by research and learning, and it sits behind all my talks, workshops, consulting, and coaching.

If this sounds like what you need, get in touch!
I offer free 30 min discovery calls for workplaces and individuals. It's a chance for us to talk through what you're looking for, ask questions and see if we are a good fit. No pressure and no commitment.
My talks and workshops give people a clear, human understanding of inclusion and how it actually shows up in our working lives by exploring the foundations that underpin what we typically understand inclusion to be. They are tailored to your team and can be as introductory or as in depth as you need, whether that be building a basic understanding, exploring how this can be used in specific environments or even understanding this from a neurodivergent perspective.
Whatever you need, my talks and workshops are built on research, experience and learning. They're designed to spark conversation and to leave you with tools you can use straight away.

Topics Covered
Underpinning Inclusion
A clear look at what inclusion really is, why policies and reasonable adjustments fail without the right foundations, and how everyday culture, communication and processes shape people's workplace experience.
Supporting Your People To Support Your Business
Practical approaches that reduce burnout and turnover, and improve communication and a wider range of working styles. Useful for leaders and managers and teams who want to support their colleagues and see engagement and growth.
ADHD In Context
Designed to bring clarity to a topic that is often misunderstood and stigmatised. Exploring the day to day experience and the impact of systems that are too narrow for neurodiversity. This session focuses on widening the lens rather than defining people by a diagnosis.
I help growing businesses turn well meaning but ineffective inclusion efforts into practical, neuro-informed foundations that actually work in day to day culture and operations. I’ve experienced the gap between policies and real inclusion myself, both as an employee and as a business owner with ADHD, and I know how quickly those gaps can affect performance, wellbeing, and retention. My consultancy work focuses on spotting those hidden pressure points and supporting teams to build simple, sustainable changes that reduce burnout, strengthen communication, and create environments where diverse minds can thrive and business can see stable growth.
My Expertise
Identifying inclusion gaps
I help businesses spot the hidden barriers and pressure points where day to day experience doesn't match their intentions or policies.
Turning inclusion theory into practical foundations
Translating good intentions into simple, practical habits and structures that make inclusion work in real life, not just on paper.
Disclosure support
Supporting teams to create safe, confident pathways for disclosure and help managers respond in ways that reduce shame, confusion and overwhelm without requiring expert knowledge on the condition being disclosed.
Consulting for managers and leaders
Coaching managers in the core skills that make workplaces work and teaching them the foundational behaviours that support inclusive management styles.
Policy and process guidance
I help businesses refine their policies and processes so they feel clear, supportive and workable for diverse minds and working styles .
ADHD specific talks, training and consultation (when requested)
I offer ADHD-focused sessions for teams who want a deeper understanding of both the lived experience and science of ADHD. These sessions are aimed at reducing stigma, avoiding misinformation and educating in a way that allows us to see beyond a condition or label.
Individual and group workplace coaching
Optional coaching for employees or small teams to help them build clarity, improved communication, confidence and sustainable working habits.
My Consulting Approach
My consultancy work is flexible and tailored. Every organisation is different, so the first step is always a conversation about what's happening in your workplace and what support you're looking for. From there, I can offer a mix of diagnostics, training, coaching or ingoing practical support depending on your needs. Some teams want help identifying inclusion gaps, others want leadership coaching, disclosure support or ongoing partnership. My role is to understand your context and build an approach that's realistic, practical and designed for you.
Coaching with me is a forward-focused space where you can talk openly, make sense of what’s going on, and build practical strategies that actually work for your life. I’m trained through ADHD Works and bring years of learning, experience, and lived understanding to the way I coach, but every client is different. I won’t force you into a rigid model or overwhelm you with theory. Instead, we work together to explore what’s getting in the way, what matters to you, and how to move towards something that feels calmer, clearer, and more sustainable. My approach is warm, human, and grounded in real life, not perfection.
